Standard Terms:

Signs Unlimited, Inc. collects the Utah State sales tax on all sales.
This includes service or installation work that we perform.
If you are a reseller or other tax exempt agency we must have a completed resale card (Form TC-721) on file before we can legitimately not charge you sales tax.
Sales and other taxes will be added to all invoices as required under state and federal laws.

The terms for all orders are 50% deposit required with balance due at time of pick-up, delivery or installation.
Signs Unlimited does not offer open accounts or extended terms for any client.
We accept: cash, check, credit card. NO REFUNDS.
The final price for a sign or complete sign project my exceed the original quote.
2.5% interest per month will be added to all invoice balances that have not been paid on time.
A $30 service charge will be added to any dishonored check.
Signs Unlimited, Inc. retains ownership of any sign(s) not paid for in full at time of pick-up, delivery or installation.

A signed final proof of your completed design is required before we will begin production of your project.

A limited warranty of one (1) year is included with each sign.
Defective materials replacement does not include any design, labor, installation or tax charges.
Acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of Signs Unlimited are not covered under any warranty.
All materials supplied by the customer will not be covered under any warranty.
Installations made by any person or company other than Signs Unlimited, Inc.will void any stated or implied materials warranty.


Payment of any amount of our invoice for any work in progress, completed signs, installation or other work is considered acceptance of all terms and conditions and as evidence of final approval of the design and workmanship.

Permits and authorizations as required by State, Federal or local ordinance are the responsibility of the sign purchaser, landlord or lease holder of the property to which any sign is installed or attached. Signs Unlimited, Inc. We may provide you with the required drawings and forms

Installations may cause a disruption in the day to day activities of some businesses.
Signs Unlimited is not responsible for any "Loss of Use" of any sign while work is in progress.

Electrical Terms:

Signs Unlimited holds a Utah Sign Electrical (S440) Contractors License - Number 4825690-5501.
Electrical connections to any sign cabinet, box or other illuminated sign upon which Signs Unlimited performs an installation must be in working order or disconnected.
Signs Unlimited will not be held responsible for any electrical connections or malfunctions in lighting systems.
We will charge a fee for bringing electrical connections up to code.
Neon that is not working or damaged must be turned off immediately to avoid fires or further damage to the sign electrical system.
Sign faces, dimensional letters and neon are fragile and brittle and are more so when exposed to the elements, as in existing signs that you may contract us to perform work upon. Signs Unlimited is not responsible for breakage of any kind.
